Ms Alexandra Mandel is our new Principal at Berala.
Here is an excerpt from the Week 1 newsletter from Ms Mandel.
"Last year I worked as a Principal School Leadership, mentoring and coaching new and relieving principals and helping schools implement new reforms. Prior to that I was principal at Condell Park Public School for close to ten years. Before that I was Deputy Principal and relieving Principal at Blaxcell Street Public School. I have also taught overseas, in my country of birth, Austria. I am passionate about public education, innovation and creativity. I really value cultural diversity, inclusive education and the performance arts. I am committed to providing the best opportunities for the children at Berala and hope to develop even stronger school, parent and community partnerships."
We are looking forward to her leadership of Berala PS in 2016 and future years.
